Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
By signing up for MarginClean ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and MarginClean.
2. Description of service
MarginClean builds and maintains a branded online booking website for your cleaning business. The website includes a live quote calculator, a multi-step booking wizard, email booking notifications, and related features as described on our website. The site is hosted and kept operational for the duration of your active subscription.
3. Fees and payment
- Setup fee: A one-time fee of $750 is charged at the time of sign-up. This covers the build, configuration, and initial deployment of your booking site. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
- Monthly maintenance: A recurring fee of $249/month is charged on the same date each month starting the day you sign up. This covers hosting, maintenance, uptime, and support.
- Billing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorize MarginClean to charge you the amounts described above.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at marginclean@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date, and your site will remain live until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
5. Refund policy
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once your site build has started (typically within 48 hours of payment). If we are unable to deliver your site, you will receive a full refund of the setup fee.
Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, your site remains active through the end of the paid period.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding.
- You are responsible for the content displayed on your booking site, including pricing, service descriptions, and any claims made to your customers.
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection and data privacy laws.
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary downtime.
8. Intellectual property
MarginClean retains ownership of the platform, codebase, and infrastructure. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and the content you provide. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with an export of your site configuration upon request.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarginClean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost bookings, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
